Refund policy
All products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you and therefor we do have a slightly adapted refund policy. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.
After your order is shipped out, we do not accept refunds unless you receive a defective or wrong item.
Wrong product or a damaged/defective item
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide your order ID and picture of the product. After verification, we will produce and ship a new product to you for free. You can also choose to request a refund instead.
All products are uniquely made to order. In case of a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service for a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. We would require photos that clearly reflect the product’s issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size/color, or provided incorrect shipping details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
