Returns & Refunds (Accessories)

Accessories ordered from the standard size, color and design options available on our website may be eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right.

• You must notify us of your decision to return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

• After notifying us, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

• The buyer covers the return shipping cost.

• The original standard delivery cost is refunded where applicable. Additional charges for upgraded shipping methods, such as Express delivery, are not refundable.

• Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized beyond the standard options available on our website are not eligible for the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right where the applicable legal exception applies.

Voluntary exchanges may also be available for eligible accessories. The buyer covers the shipping costs associated with a voluntary exchange.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rave-bound.com with your order number and clear photos.

After verification, you may choose a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Returns (Apparel)

For apparel ordered from the standard size, color and design options available on our website, eligible online customers may exercise any applicable 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

We do not offer exchanges for apparel, including exchanges for a different size, color or change of mind.

Some apparel orders are fulfilled and shipped from outside the European Union.

Depending on the destination, order value, carrier and method of tax collection, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may apply, including to orders delivered within the EU.

Some taxes or import charges may be collected in advance, while others may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities before delivery.

Any applicable charges not already collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
