If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days )
After verification, you may choose:
- a free replacement, or
- a refund to your original payment method
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (ACCESSORIES)
ACCESSORIES
All RAVEBOUND jewelry pieces are prepared individually according to the selected size and assembled exclusively for each customer.
For this reason, items are considered custom-made.
As per EU consumer regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made items.
Exchanges (Accessories only)
If you selected a size or color from the available options and later change your mind, we may accept an exchange only, subject to the conditions below:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in original conditions and packaging.
- the item is not customized beyond the standard size options
- The item is non-sale
- The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery
For exchanges:
- The buyer covers all shipping costs (return shipping to us and shipping of the replacement item)
- Exchanges are available only for items of equal or higher value
- If the replacement item has a higher price, the price difference must be paid before dispatch
- Exchanges for items of lower value are not supported
Items showing signs of wear, use, or handling beyond inspection will not be accepted.
Refunds (accessories)
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted
- Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect

If your refund is approved:
- it will be processed to your original payment method
- refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Refunds & Exchanges for Apparel
All apparel items are made to order according to the customer’s selected size and prepared exclusively for each order.
For this reason, apparel items are considered custom-made
- Refunds for change of mind are not accepted
- Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or incorrect
- Exchanges are not accepted.
Conditions
Returns or exchanges must be requested before sending anything back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not support returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
- personalized items
- gift cards
- sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)
